We support our joint venture partners in ensuring that we meet regulatory compliance. We are also responsible for the compliance of the services. We do this through a series of audits to check that our staff are trained and supervised in line with regulation.
The audits help us to ensure that training is delivered in an effective way. Alongside this, the Quality team support our partners ahead of an inspection. We are also able to advise on regulatory issues, as well as providing clinical support and advice and facilitating training for new services.
To assist our partners and provide a clear business process, we have implemented a staff plan. This system allows us to smoothly collate the payroll and invoicing at Quays Reach, which ensures a smooth flow of data.
It also allows our partners the ability to easily operate their business, supporting the recruitment and compliance process for care workers, and the quality processes and principles for the people we support.
The majority of our businesses are operated by the main partner. However, we can provide operational support and we have developed a number of clear strategies to develop the businesses locally. We will work closely with the organisation to develop their local recruitment and retention strategies, to ensure that we have a pipeline of workers. We will also ensure there is enough support to retain these workers.
Our Operations team take key responsibility when we acquire new businesses, supporting the due diligence process and ultimately the smooth transition.
