Robin is a healthcare entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience across a number of sectors within the care industry. He also has over 13 years in a senior executive position, both within SME, PE and PLC businesses.
Robin started his career as a Support Worker, working with adults with learning disabilities in the early stages of transition from hospital settings into independent supported living. His career developed into management and then into senior management roles.
Robbie began supporting people with learning disabilities at the age of sixteen, when he started as a volunteer in a social club in Liverpool. This lead him to choose a career in health and social care two years later. He then trained as a registered nurse for people with learning disabilities in Cranage Hall hospital near Crewe.
Since then he has worked across a number of local authorities, NHS, charities and private companies across the UK. His work has ranged from working as a commissioner, developing supported living, day opportunities, and forensic services for people learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism. Robbie is a keen runner who regularly volunteers at the local Park run.
Andy has a wealth of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in large scale business transformation and change management projects.
His portfolio includes managing large scale IT systems implementation and training initiatives in Healthcare and Education Sectors, including a variety of companies who provide services including community care, supported living, residential care, extra care and housing.
Tom has worked in several roles in the Health and Social Care sector over the past 32 years encompassing NHS, Private Equity and Charity organisations
He gained a passion for working in care delivery in 1986, working as a volunteer in a care of the elderly setting, which inspired him to go on and complete his nurse training, qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 1990.
